Objective of the position:
- The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions that encompasses recruitment, employee retention, regulation and compliance, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, and administration.
- He/she will be reporting to factory director, the overall goal is to develop and maintain a smooth and efficient HR operations at the factory.
- Diploma and above qualifications.
- At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, minimum 3 years in managerial position, and experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, good command of both English and Chinese/mandarin.
- A hands-on manager with excellent problem-solving skills, willing to work in a factory environment.
- Ability to implement and manage project as and when needed.
