- Plan, manage, lead, and controlMEP works.
- Develop and maintain the MEP Project design concept by regular review.
- Arrange full construction MEP Installation & planning support during the design phase to maximize constructability.
- Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority through all stages of the project
- Managing cost reduction/value engineering tasks related to MEP trades.
- Participate in any necessary quality audits in relation to MEP works.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning program and ensure contractor compliance in conjunction with the Supervision Consultant
- Manage the handover of MEP systems to the Operator.
- Manage providing technical replies to contractors' RFI’s and construction team queries related to MEP works received from the site during construction
- Lead problem-solving and resolution of design issues
- Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process.
