Shift Details: Mon Fri 9 am to 6 pm
Ideal Candidate:
Digital planning experience is mandatory TV planning experience is highly advantageous.
Experience in managing people at all levels internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Comfortable numerical skills sound analytical mind passion for continuously working on expanding personal knowledge repertoire with the aim of adding back to media solutions.
Good relationships with media partners especially in the TV Print and Digital space.
Responsibilities:
D Manage integrated media strategy and planning for a portfolio of brands / categories.
Arrive at annual media strategy and all (or part of) its brands.
Identify ideal partnerships in media which enables growth opportunities for brands.
Drive insights and develop media agnostic communication plans along with the agency.
Competitive monitoring and intelligence gathering of media activities of competition brands.
Rigorous tracking of campaign pre vs post deliveries ontime execution & efficiency in planning & buying.
Be future ready by adapting to and learning about the latest market offerings in media.
Liaison with industry peers to understand the new advances in media and incorporate best practices.
Expand media understanding of the marketing team and train on new media/topics.
All other jobs expected of the media team like helping with periodic media audits KT sessions team building exercises etc
