Job Summary: As a Mechanical Engineer youll be vital in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients milling plant. Your role involves overseeing mechanical systems troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing preventive maintenance programs for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on milling machinery.
   
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
   
3. Repair and Replacement: Oversee repairs and replacements of faulty components.
   
4. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations in mechanical operations.
   
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
   
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the plant.
   
7. Training: Provide guidance to maintenance staff on equipment operation and procedures.
   

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum three years experience in a similar role preferably in milling or manufacturing.
  
• Strong knowledge of milling plant equipment and processes.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
