- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering “ plumbing & firefighting “
- 6 - 7 Years of Experience in engineering design in engineering consultancy firms.
- Produce and review a design of plumbing and firefighting system drawings.
- Good awareness of the current codes and standards of plumbing, firefighting, civil defense requirement and also the ACUD regulation.
- Take off BOQ, priced and without priced BOQ, specs, vendor list.
- Prepare and full awareness of all related design software calculation like (Elite -hydraulic calculations), Elite S-pipe, sewer Cad, water Cad, pipe sizer.
- AutoCAD, Revit & BIM Knowledge is a must.
- Flexible and team work oriented, hard worker, work under pressure.
