Mecatherm Technician position available for a crucial role within the maintenance operations of a highcapacity industry bakery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of the Mecatherm machinery and the overall facility.
This role demands a high level of flexibility responsiveness and adept problemsolving skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently demonstrating initiative and effectively managing workload priorities within a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute various maintenance tasks including Corrective/Preventative/Production Support/Calibrations/Electrical work adhering to site GMP (good manufacturing practices) and safety standards
- Perform mechanical fitting tasks focusing on the maintenance and repair of Mecatherm bakery equipment to minimize downtime and production losses
- Undertake electrical and instrument craft responsibilities including the maintenance and repair of electrical systems instrumentation and troubleshooting electrical control systems
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance work
- Adhere to GMP requirements and uphold a clean and tidy working environment in alignment with site safety and quality excellence principles
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Participate in lead and contribute to new technology projects and future plans
- Engage with site maintenance training safety quality and learning systems
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment preferably in the food/beverage industry
- Working knowledge of Mecatherm bakery machines
- Strong troubleshooting and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible approach to working hours including shift work overtime and oncall duties
- Excellent command of English including technical language
