Pay starting at $20/hour increasing to $21/hour after completion of training matrix!


Summary:

The Materials Clerk is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Raw Material WIP and Finished Goods balances in SAP.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate materials to and from SubContractor
  • Enter receipts for purchased items
  • WIP counts
  • Rail Car Movements
  • Coordinate InterCompany movements with shipping and Plant
  • Schedule Bulk Truck Deliveries
  • Schedule Mold Moves Import container deliveries.
  • Auditing Production Reporting scan labels and shift reports
  • Invoice Issues Packing slip and Reconciliation
  • Backup to Receiving
  • Drives Forklift to load and unload trucks

Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • Must speak read and write English.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good computer skills (Excel and SAP)
  • Must have good math and counting skills
  • Forklift Certified
  • Must have at least 1 year of Materials/Inventory experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information in oneonone situations to other employees of the organization
