Job Description:
To be the link between the guests at the hotel maintain open lines of communication between staff and guests.
Greeting guests as they arrive
Working with other employees to create a positive atmosphere within the environment.
Informing guests of hotel amenities.
Handling and resolving complaints.
Appropriate care with special needs guests.
Solving any issues arising from guests questionnaire forms
Social media
Assist with advertising
Requirements:
Strong communication interpersonal and listening skills.
Aggressive problem solver.
Have the ability to manage crises successfully
Computer competent
Preferred: A candidate already resident in Marmaris / or has kimlik
Nationality of staff required: British / Irish
Languages Required: English.
Hours: Full time 6 days a week.
Start Date: Interviews will be held from now for a start date thereafter.
Length of contract: Ongoing (part time in winter).
Package Offered: Meals work permit insurance minimum wage for Turkey.
