  • Manage create and schedule daily posts across various social media platforms (Facebook YouTube Instagram LinkedIn TikTok) and edit videos.
  • Design visually appealing and professional marketing materials such as mailers flyers etc.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns promotions and content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Track social media analytics assess key performance indicators and generate regular reports for strategy enhancement and improvement.
  • Efficiently manage Chime (Lofty) plan and contact management lead sorting & tracking
  • Lead the seamless integration of Chime within the marketing strategies to optimize communication streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) workflows and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in real estate processes.
  • Continuously discover and implement new trends and the industrys best practices to continuously develop and maximize business efficiency.
  • Assist with the daytoday operations of the client and provide general administrative support prepare reports and presentations manage some current systems (Google and Bing Business Profiles) and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing turning campaigns into success stories.
  • Proficient in video editing with tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Social media ninja with a deep understanding of platforms and best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience with Chime (now Lofty) is a must.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Techsavvy wellversed in various tools and software.
