Major Responsibility: Marketing Reporting
Supporting Actions:
Fortnightly status report on progress of marketing activities, monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI) Reports to be sent internally and to vendors after internal approvals Quarterly report of vendor activities executed during last quarter – summary and analysis Quarterly reports to be sent internally and to vendors after internal approvals
Major Responsibility: MDF Claiming & Payouts
Supporting Actions:
Ensuring validated results submitted for timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures for vendors. Provide complete & approved POE's for claiming per activity per Vendor Claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines as may be the case Maintain detailed claim book (internal record of all provided MDF per vendor) report with status of claims per vendor – monthly
Major Responsibility: Other Marketing activities
Supporting Actions:
Digital marketing - to device digital marketing campaign for vendors using social media Assist in execution of corporate marketing activities – example; GITEX exhibition annually (seeking sponsorship, reporting ROI), assist in execute and promote Review magazine and seek sponsorship for the same Other corporate or vendor activities deem necessary
