Plan execute and oversee multichannel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
Create and optimize marketing materials including brochures presentations and sales collateral.
Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring a positive ROI.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
Oversee building and maintenance of strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with different divisions in the marketing department and create sales enablement tools and resources.
Provide datadriven insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Manage the marketing team including hiring training and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage educate and motivate team members.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is a plus (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is a plus.
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
BSc degree in Marketing or related field
Masters Degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
