As a Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ecommerce organization through strategic marketing initiatives team leadership and a deep understanding of both the market and the customers.

To be a successful applicant you will have several years of experience in marketing with a progression through roles such as Marketing Manager Senior Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Director with the eCommerce industry. An educational background in marketing business or a related field is required with additional qualifications or certifications in digital marketing being highly beneficial.

Requirements:
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage the marketing team along with excellent communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze market trends campaign performance data and financial reports to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Creativity in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience and stand out in the market.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques including SEO PPC email marketing social media and content marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop longterm strategies that align with the company s objectives adapt to changing market conditions and drive sustainable growth.
  • ROI Measurement: Demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities for both short and longterm brand building strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices is also crucial for staying competitive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
About the position:
  • Crafting comprehensive marketing plans that align with the companys goals target audience and product offerings. This includes deciding on the marketing mix digital marketing strategies and allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Conducting and overseeing market research to stay ahead of industry trends understand competitor strategies and identify opportunities for growth or innovation.
  • Ensuring that all marketing activities align with the brand s identity and values and that the brand message is consistently communicated across all channel
  • Building leading and managing the marketing team to ensure that they are motivated skilled and aligned with the company s goals. This includes hiring training and professional development.
  • Planning and managing the marketing budget to ensure that funds are allocated efficiently and that marketing objectives are achieved within the set budget.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
