DEINE MISSION BEI UNS:

• Weltweit begeistern: berzeuge Kunden aus verschiedenen Lndern mit deinem Fachwissen und deinem Charisma. Sei es am Telefon in Videokonferenzen oder bei persnlichen Treffen du berzeugst von Anfang an.
• Kundenakquise: Dein Fokus liegt auf der Neukundengewinnung mit aktuellem Fokus auf dem gesamten EU Raum. Zudem betreust und bertst du unsere Bestandskunden.
• Pitchday! Gemeinsam mit deinen Sales Kolleg:innen oder auch Solo prsentierst du unsere Digital MarketingKonzepte auf internationaler Bhne und begeisterst mit deinem Knowhow.
• Immer am Puls der Zeit: Die digitale Marketingwelt ist dynamisch und vielfltig du bleibst stets auf dem Laufenden verfolgst proaktiv Trends in verschiedenen Mrkten und teilst dein Wissen gerne im Team.
• Aufbau von internationalen Beziehungen: Du schtzt langfristige Geschftsbeziehungen. Zeige deine Kreativitt und Ideen wie du diese Beziehungen auf internationaler Ebene aufbaust und pflegst.
• Du untersttzt unseren Director International Sales bei Projekten Prsentationen und Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen.

DAS WNSCHEN WIR UNS:

• Idealerweise bringst du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales mit 2 davon mindestens im internationalen Vertrieb. Pluspunkte gibts wenn deine Erfahrungen im Bereich digitaler Medien sind.
• Du bringst einen relevanten Ausbildungsbackground vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft Marketing Vertrieb oder hnlichem mit.
• Du bist begeisterte/r Netzwerker:in und bringst spannende Kontakte aus der Handels Brands und/oder Agentur Welt mit.
• Relevante Sales und/oder Verhandlungsschulungen runden dein Profil perfekt ab.
• Kommunikationstalent: Mit deinem Charisma positiven Ausstrahlung und deiner ausgeprgten Kommunikationsstrke ziehst du Menschen in deinen Bann.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• Inspire worldwide: Convince customers from different countries with your expertise and charisma. Be it on the phone in video conferences or at facetoface meetings.
• Customer acquisition: Your focus is on acquiring new customers with a current focus on the entire EU region. You will also support and advise our existing customers.
• Pitch day! Together with your sales colleagues or on your own you will present our digital marketing concepts on an international stage and impress with your expertise.
• Always on the cutting edge: The digital marketing world is dynamic and diverse you always stay up to date proactively follow trends in various markets and enjoy sharing your knowledge within the team.
• Building international relationships: You value longterm business relationships. Show your creativity and ideas on how to build and maintain these relationships on an international level.
• You support our Director International Sales with projects presentations and communication with customers and colleagues.

THATS WHAT WE WISH FOR:

• Ideally you have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales at least 2 of them in international sales. Plus points if you have experience in the field of digital media.
• You have a relevant educational background preferably in the fields of business marketing sales or similar.
• You are an enthusiastic networker and have exciting contacts from the retail brand and/or agency world.
• Relevant sales and/or negotiation training round off your profile perfectly.
• Communication talent: With your charisma and strong communication skills you will captivate people.
• Language skills: You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English. Any other language is a plus.
