Position Overview:
Due to Kranks growth we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager based in our Karachi office. The right candidate will drive our marketing to the next level with a clear strategy and committed execution. This is a handsonrole encompassing the full marketing mix and you will be given autonomy to create and implement innovative campaigns for Krank.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Youll build marketing strategies from scratch write content pieces for blogs and ads identify new initiatives and have complete endtoend marketing ownership.
- Overseeing and managing the implementation of marketing processes across different channels (content PR social events performance etc.)
- Lead gotomarket marketing strategy for Krank that attract new prospects drives traffic and increases leads
- Write compelling content copies for campaigns and organic channels
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging ABM tactics and other enterprisefocused marketing activities across our channels
- Leverage marketing tools to support and drive a demand generation strategy in accordance with our marketing and sales strategy
- Own and execute digital marketing initiatives across all channels including paid SEO SEM socials website emails events and referrals
- Own website web assets A/B testing paid campaign tools and other marketing tools. Create manage and analyse status reports for your marketing KPIs and OKRs.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales product development and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Provide marketing expertise and support to crossfunctional teams as needed
- Use data and insights to iterate on our growth strategy and execute on it delivering on committed goals and delivering a return on investment
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enable us to not only follow best practices but help us define them
- Build a culture of rapid experimentation creativity and ability to be on the forefront of growth innovation
Key Skills / Experience and Qualifications:
Strong growth track record with samples and results of past campaigns
Strong copywriting communication and organisational skills
Proficient with Analytics
An owners mindset you can lead through ambiguity and dig into the details to solve problems
Analytical and data literate able to dig into our tracking metrics distil insights and tell compelling stories through data
Experience in a similar role in a B2B/B2B2C/SMB company in a global environment
Experience in forming and executing marketing strategies
Experienced in building a successful brand identity
Experienced in managing agencies and freelancers
Experienced in working with HubSpot is preferable
Worked for technology companies (ideally marketplaces) or has experience of auctions
