- Assists marketing director in setting and implementing the company marketing plans, setting and managing timelines, setting clear action plans for the marketing team members.
- Manages and ensure that the marketing campaigns run and met deadline.
- Coordinate with development and sales to finalize marketing materials (brochures) for the ongoing projects.
- Manages the development and the printing of brochures.
- Manages the development of all related marketing materials to be shared with social media.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns executed by marketing team to decide its effectiveness in achieving the targeted sales.
- Manage Liaising with marketing agencies
- Coordinate with PR and Media for press releases and conferences related to O West.
- Maintain the company’s brand’s identity with clear guidelines for all stakeholders to maintain consistency within real-estate industry.
