Job Title: Marketing intern
Work Days: 6 days a week
Work Mode: Work from College.
Duration: 1 month (can be extended on mutual agreement)
Remuneration: 34k performancebased incentives per month
Roles & Responsibilities :
Promotion and Marketing:
- Develop innovative strategies to promote MyCaptains program within the college campus.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as social media campus events flyers and wordofmouth to create awareness among students.
- Organize and execute promotional events workshops and activities to engage the student community.
Generate Leads and Demand:
- Actively engage with peers to generate interest in our program and encourage them to visit or enroll.
- Collect feedback from students regarding their preferences and requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive demand.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with student organizations clubs and influencers to expand our reach within the campus community.
- Represent MyCaptain at campus events orientations and career fairs to establish our presence and connect with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student at colleges/universities from Bangalore; preferably someone who is in their final year of college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about promoting My Captains services.
- Added advantage if the applicant is a part of the colleges placement cell or member of college societies
