Job Description

Experience Level: Minimum 3 years
(Candidates with skin clinic experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in marketing and Diploma in Digital Marketing
Function: Marketing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to drive brand
awareness generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email marketing
social mediapartnerships collaborations and other creative methods of increasing
awareness.
Identify target audiences and devise digital and physical campaigns that engage
inform and motivate them.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using datadriven
insights to optimize results and ROI.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing and apply new
knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain marketing budgets tracking expenses and reporting on ROI.
Create engaging and compelling content including text posts stories videos and
images for use on social media platforms. This includes writing persuasive copydesigning visually appealing graphics and editing videos to capture the attention of
the target audience.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with
the overall marketing strategy.
Ensure that the content is consistent with the brands voice style and messaging
guidelines.
Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments messages and inquiries
from followers maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer
engagement. Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to
optimize content performance and audience reach.
Manage the companys website ensuring it is uptodate userfriendly and
optimized for search engines.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies ensuring deliverables are
met and budgets are allocated effectively.
Complying with all Clinic policies and employee handbook.
Work Hours: 10a.m. 6p.m. Monday Saturday except official holidays.
Skills Required
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager/Executive or similar role with a strong
focus on marketing.
Indepth knowledge of various digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social
media email marketing and content marketing.
Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools to track campaign
performance and generate insights.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven
decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create
compelling marketing content.
Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing campaigns and
strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and collaborate with different
stakeholders.
Proficient with the latest tools and software for creating and editing marketing
content.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends and implement them
effectively in marketing strategies.
Professional attitude composure and appearance.
