Overview:

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategies campaigns and initiatives of the organization. They are responsible for creating and executing marketing plans analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to promote products or services. The Marketing Executive works closely with the sales team to generate leads and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and support sales initiatives
  • Identifying and targeting specific customer segments
  • Overseeing the production of marketing materials and collateral
  • Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media platforms and online presence
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities
  • Organizing and attending promotional events and exhibitions
  • Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and planning
  • Managing the budget for marketing campaigns and activities
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Experience in managing social media and online advertising
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Analytical and creative mindset for problemsolving and campaign development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel for events and meetings as required
