We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a vital role in promoting our services enhancing our brand visibility and engaging with our target audience. You will be responsible for executing various marketing initiatives with a focus on social media management email automation and client presentations. This role requires a creative and detailoriented individual who is passionate about marketing and thrives in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness drive engagement and attract potential clients and candidates.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Twitter Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor social media channels respond to comments and messages and engage with followers to maintain a positive online presence.

2. Email Automation:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads promote job opportunities and provide valuable content to our audience.
Utilize email automation tools to create targeted workflows and drip campaigns that deliver timely and relevant messages to subscribers.
Monitor email performance metrics analyze results and make datadriven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

3. Client Presentations:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop visually appealing and informative presentations for client meetings pitches and events.
Create PowerPoint or Keynote presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition services and success stories to prospective clients.
Ensure that presentation materials are uptodate onbrand and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

4. Content Creation:
Generate creative content ideas and produce highquality written and visual assets such as blog posts infographics videos and case studies.
Work closely with the content team to align marketing efforts with overall content strategy and messaging guidelines.
Proofread and edited marketing materials to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand standards.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing coordination preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact) and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint Apple Keynote).
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and deliver compelling presentations.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
8. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge are a plus.
