This is our

Quality Assurance Engineer role for those who want to turn ideas into reality and participate in improving Semrushs analytics tools.

Tasks in the role

• Orchestrate testing activities in the Analytics Team together with another QA engineer. Up to 30 individual stakeholders.
• Analytics testing srategy development depending on seniority and skills: minimum participation maximum recreation and reimplementation.
• Manual testing full cycle.
• Automated testing full cycle on top of manual testing.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• QA experience 3 years.
• SQL middle level.
• Requirements analysis.
• Root cause analysis.
• Test plan crafting.
• High communication skills.
• Stakeholder management (establishing positive and reliable partnerships).
• Experience with goals and techniques for different types of testing.
• Understanding of QA monitoring and alerting tools.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with the software development cycle.
• Understanding of Key Kanban Scrum & Waterfall principles.

• You have experience with data analysis/engineering.
• UI testing experience.
• Work experience in SaaS companies.
• Tech experience.
• Programming Skills (Python Java).
• Experience with Jira Confluence.
• Experience API testing.
• Understanding of dbt.
• Airflow or any jobs orchestrator.
• YAML.
• QA Certification.
