As a Marketing Automation Manager youll be designing and implementing datadriven customer journeys optimizing every touchpoint for engagement and conversion. Your role will include:

Your Playground

  • Designing and implementing automated marketing journeys that effectively engage different customer segments.
  • Leading continuous A/B testing and optimization efforts to ensure peak conversion and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams both business and tech to drive growth and results.
  • Crafting and refining customer segments and audiences.
  • Diving deep into analytics with tools like PowerBi and GA4 turning insights into action and improved performance.
  • Leading projects and fostering data collaboration among stakeholders.

This position is a pivotal Group role that collaborates across all our brands and markets with a base in Copenhagen. The role entails periodic travel to Stockholm Oslo and Helsinki.

Who You Are

Youre a seasoned pro in the marketing automation field. Youre all about structure attention to detail and not afraid to steer the ship. With a solid technical understanding youre comfortable navigating between marketing product and tech. You have an extensive experience with marketing automation platforms e.g. Marketo Hubspot ActiveCampaign Klaviyo or Autopilot/Ortto.

  • A strategic thinker with flair for solutions and structure.
  • Analytically inclined driven by data and always up for a challenge.
  • Very strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management abilities including ability to ensure prioritizing and executing initiatives.
  • Commercially savvy with a talent for spotting opportunities.
  • A collaborative spirit capable of leading as well as collaborating crossfunctional projects and teams.
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speech.
