EMJ is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.This is a crucial rolewithin the Marketing team and is primarily focused on growing engagement of our established healthcare professional audience.

Expectations
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and evolving audience needs
- Provide actionable insights to the teamfor continuous improvement
Campaign Delivery:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media
- Support scheduling of email campaigns for journal launches podcasts webinars etc.
- Coordinate with team for timely execution of campaign deliverables
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer insights into campaign performancethrough data analysis
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance
Content Creation:
- Assist Marketing Manager and Executive in developing and publishing engaging content for digital channels
- Craft compelling and concise copy aligned with brand voice and resonating with the target audience
SEO Support:
- Support our SEO manager in keyword research for improved search engine visibility.
Experience Required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field
- Interest in social media including TikTok
- Proactive with excellent time management
- Eager for continuous improvement and personal growth
- Able to work independently and as part of a teamwith strong communication and people skills
- Superb English language skills
- Proficient at building internal and external relationships
- Strong problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail
- Positive adaptive and flexible attitude
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing
Key Information
- Salary: 25000
- Reports to: Kristina Mestsaninova Marketing Director
- Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri
- Working pattern:Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: Moorgate London
