Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
The marketing/communications manager will be responsible for the website publications inbound
marketing social media marketing external and internal content in partnership with various
departments and external agencies. The Manager also lays the foundation for stakeholder
engagement through a coordinated strategic approach.
Website oversight
Digital inbound marketing publication of print materials.
Promotional media (videography photography etc.)
Social media presence
Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy
Oversee partnerships with external organizations from a marketing standpoint
Manage requests from external media for information
Ensure events and programs are presented in a manner consistent with the
communication strategy
Supervise external vendors and agencies/internal including digital marketing designers
printers and photographers hired by the department as necessary
Organize and manage special events and manage support staff assigned to provide
administrative assistance
Requirements competencies and skills
Degree in communication marketing or related is an added advantage
Five plus years of communications and marketing experience in the international notforprofit
organization
Excellent computer skills and professionallevel skills in graphics and knowledge of
desktop publishing for inhouse graphics design and production a plus experience with
social media
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Education/Experience
Environment Work From Office (6 days a week)

Minimum Qualification Preferred:
Any 3year degree qualification
MBA in marketing
Experience 810 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience in Marketing/PR in
wellness/hospitality industry.
