Marketing amp Events Executive

About the team

We are seeking to hire a Marketing and Events Executive who will contribute to the delivery of our marketing and event strategy. You will be reporting to our Marketing Lead and will have a hand in all events and marketing activity. Were a small but talented marketing team so if youre a multitalented marketer and want to be involved across the full marketing spectrum from strategy to delivery then this is a great opportunity.

About the role

• Driving activity across the full marketing mix from content to events and to digital marketing

• Help develop engaging content for all platforms including written comms social posts videos and images working alongside an inhouse Graphic Designer.

• Planning managing and delivering internal and external events including bookings planning promotion and branded merchandise

• Manage vendor relationships for events ensuring timely communication

• Producing campaign and event reports to share with the marketing team and the wider business

• Manage the companys social media profiles and presence and align this with our product and corporate goals

• Contribute to and help drive the teams product and marketing strategy

About you

• At least 12 years experience in a marketing role delivering marketing campaigns and coordinating events

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Experience in writing content for various forms of marketing communications

• Knowledge of various social media platforms and email marketing tools.

• You will have worked with suppliers agencies freelancers and inhouse creatives.

• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of GDPR and other relevant legislation
