Manufacturing Technician

1. General Requirement: Manufacturing Engineering Technician

1. Process wafers and/or other substrates through plating lithography (coat expose develop) wet and dry etch clean thin film vacuum deposition packaging etc.
2. Identify communicate and solve problems organize projects and workflow.
3. Accurately document and summarize data and process steps as specified.
4. Work closely with Engineers Scientists and Inventors from many different disciplines. Must be able to work independently as well as be a good team player.
5. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Good knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required
• Adherence to ethical conduct and confidentiality
