ECHO Search has been mandated hire a Manager People Cost & HR Analytics for one of its global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare & monitor the monthly and annual people cost budget and actuals reports for all businesses and functions to maintain expenditure controls in line with the organization s overall people cost strategy.
- Perform analytics in Human Capital areas and prepare monthly reports & insights for multiple stakeholders and platforms in line with the Organizational Effectiveness strategy.
Key Requirements
- Looking at suitable talent from Tier 1 MBA college; Batch 202021.
- Open to candidates from both Compensation & Benefits teams & Finance teams; prior C&B experience is not mandatory.
- Should have managed complexity & scale in current or prior role.
