Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning execution and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns including digital advertising email marketing social media print media and events.

Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and oversee the implementation of branding initiatives.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends preferences and competitors activities. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management SEO/SEM social media marketing and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and effectiveness.

Content Development: Supervise the creation of compelling content for various marketing materials including website copy social media posts blog articles and email newsletters.

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.

Collaboration and CrossFunctional Support: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as merchandising sales and store operations to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.

(CRM): Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition retention and loyalty. Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing communications and improve customer experiences.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Post Graduation in Marketing
Prior Relevant experience in an Apparel Retail Brand
