Manager Logistics Operations

You are formulating the strategy together with Talabat’s Senior Management, be accountable for the performance of operations while driving the employee satisfaction. One of your core priorities is to maximize productivity and guide the team to continuous improvements.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Ownership in taking important planning and strategy decisions
• Analyze and look at data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities for dispatching (issue and contact rate %, service levels for both issues and contacts, etc.)
• Reach given targets by driving the mindset towards the company’s values and strategy
• Contribute to system enhancements in cooperation with regional and central teams
• Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements (i.e. projects to drive performance and cost efficiencies)
• Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders
• Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the company’s culture and encourages top performance and high morale
• Drive employee happiness (eNPS)
