- Experience in managing Active Directory DNS DFS DHCP & Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in managing Windows/Linux servers performance issues & health checks.
- Strong administration & troubleshooting skills on SSO Okta Microsoft MFA.
- Experience in patching & updating windows OS environment using SCCM & WSUS servers.
- Strong understanding of Datacenter architecture Virtualization Storage Network links LAN/WAN routers switches & interfaces.
- Should have understanding of BCP & DR solutions.
Knowledge & focused on automation of services using tools like chef puppet ansible.
Management of monitoring tools like SolarWinds Nagios Datadog to monitor IT Infrastructure & services.
Do resource planning as per scope of work
Administration knowledge on Cloud models like Azure & AWS.
Strong understanding in ITIL Processes i.e. Incident/Problem/Change/Event Management
Work with management stakeholders for OPEX & CAPEX budgeting of financial years.
