Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager you will join a team of accomplished problem solvers with comprehensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve complex business issues. Your daytoday activities will involve assisting in delivering a wide range of concurrent deal and postdeal assignments serving as the primary client contact and actively participating in business development activities.

• Managing a portfolio of clients reporting to Senior Managers and above.
• Active involvement in financial management of clients.
• Development of your own and teams technical acumen.
• Creating strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Management and delivery of large projects.
• Training coaching and supervising staff.
• Staying updated with local and national business and economic issues.
• Preparing and reviewing strategic planning business plans financial statements and similar planningrelated output.
• Assessing the market and identifying opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Indonesia
• Experienced working in Indonesia is a must.
• 10 years of experience preferably in management consulting strategy.
• Experienced working in Accenture / BCG / McKinsey / other consulting firms is a must.
• Exposure to industries such as logistics infrastructure manufacturing FMCD Telco and Media.
• Experience in project management operations deals or strategy.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Six Sigma certification (highly regarded).
• Working knowledge in data analytics (advantage).
