What will you be doing
As a Maintenance and Licensing Lead you will undertake the following duties (including but not limited to):
Manage the development performance and delivery of the Systal Maintenance Contract to the customer and produce smooth and efficient service and delivery solutions maximising performance and profitability against preagreed targets.
Monitor the vendor failed parts returns requirements and ensure that the necessary RMAs are raised and parts are dispatched in accordance with these requirements.
Assist in developing plans related to maintenance activities that includes strategy to achieve agreed targets.
Identify opportunities for service improvements automation and standardisation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
Manage and maintain regular contact with the customer.
Implement governance structure and provide reporting monthly or as required.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all assets including but not limited to Manufacturer hardware type serial numbers EOL dates and locations.
What skills and experience are we looking for
Ideally for this role we are looking for someone with experience within the following:
Familiarity with asset management tools and systems such as CMDB
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL is desirable.
The role can be based anywhere but there would be an expectation to work UK hours.
