What is in it for you:
Salary of $19/h
12 months contract, in-person
Schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including fax, air express, freight and postal services.
Receive, sort and process mail documents, packages, and supplies. Notify recipients.
Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
Record & process accountable mail information, maintain logs.
Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
Shipping and receiving using automated system to track and manage activity.
Arrange alternative courier or shipping services to meet customer requirements.
Determine output packaging per packaging standards.
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Operate mail equipment including mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment.
Perform quality checks on outbound mail.
Perform charge-back reporting for postage, air express, local delivery, and faxes and perform mail labeling/mail merge.
Perform electronic mail distribution (open, mail prep, scan and distribute).
Perform fulfillment functions, such as assembly, packaging, and kitted materials.
Follow mailroom security procedures.
Perform logging, transmission, receipt, and timely distribution of faxes.
Deliver and pick-up mail on scheduled runs.
Recommend improvements to achieve cost savings and optimize workflow.
Track, trace, and resolve mail problems or concerns and Monitor/order/replenish supplies inventory.

What you need to succeed:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated
Able to read, write and follow English instructions
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision
Ability to operate high volume mail and insertion equipment
6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment
Experience in a client-facing environment.
6 months to 1 years experience in a mailroom environment
Able to be on your feet 80% of the time
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability and willingness to learn and have a valid driver s license.
