Strategic Alignment and Team Collaboration:

The Luxury Segment Sales Executive will closely collaborate with the Sales Director for Germany and the Global Director of Sales. The primary role is to cultivate and nurture relationships with highnetworth prospects guiding them through the sales process to expand the fractional ownership business within the German market focusing on premium segments.

Tasks

  • Core Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Identify and cultivate a portfolio of potential clients through targeted outreach and networking within an exclusive clientele with a particular emphasis on Northern Germany.
  • Create new business opportunities by meeting with prospective clients in person leveraging a network in the luxury sector.
  • Proactively seek and engage potential clients through highquality networking efforts in close partnership with the Sales Director aiming to expand the fractional ownership business.
  • Assist the assigned Sales Director in establishing building and expanding relationships with new potential customers by engaging in regional activities and leveraging personal networks within the luxury market.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and opportunities within our sales CRM system Pipedrive.
  • Onboard new clients proactively service and maintain existing accounts and manage sales administration including coordinating specific customer requests invoicing organizing demonstration flights and strategically resolving client issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors in Europe and the Marketing team to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Expertise Competencies and Personal Attributes:
  • Degree from a Business school or equivalent in Sales Business Marketing Communication or a related field.
  • Native level of German is advantageous for the assigned market; fluency in English and/or French is desirable.
  • A minimum of 24 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the assigned territory or region particularly Northern Germany is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to industry trade shows client events and meetings with prospects/owners.
  • A serviceoriented collaborative and ambitious mindset is key.
