Job Description

  • E-commerce
  • Co-ordinate the lubricants BTL marketing activities across OEM, B2B, e-Commerce and Resellers covering:
  • Supporting operations and rollout of the program across >8000 POS with a budget of 1.1M$/year.
  • Co-ordinate Marketing and communication activities with Marketing and communication team.
  • Follow up the Marketing Plan & Budget >1.5M$
  • Responsible for handling the plan of social media activities with the Marketing department and sharing reports every month.
  • Responsible for Lubricants Internal Communication.
  • Responsible for the marketing budget report in terms of reporting the monthly actual spending.
  • Manage B2B & B2BC OEM/Industrial lubricants BTL marketing budget and support the team in carrying out the marketing activities in collaboration with TEME Marketing team / procurement.
  • Manage Monthly Competitor Activities Report.
  • Consolidate Lubricants Giveaways needs and work through procurement for tenders.
  • Events.
  • Signature Ceremony, Openings and Conventions Arrange different events internally in the office and outside the office with all the details and work with HR admin for venue booking, food and beverage & transport.
  • Covering ROC launches for A/B Grade.
  • Support with POS Conventions.
  • Support on launch of new products.
