Lubricant Sales Engineer - Industrial Zones

Job Description:

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Plan and implement effective selling strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through calls, and survey.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Responsible for expanding the customer base through opening new accounts or bringing in new customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineeringis amust.
• 1-2years of experience inOutdoorsalesrelated positions inIndustrial Sectoris preferable.
• Background and knowledge of Industrial Lubricantsis aplus.
• Clear military status is a must.
• Own a caris amust.
