logistics manager

At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in an international organization;
Experience with and adherence to participatory management and maintain a supportive and open environment to ensure knowledge transfer and development of all staff;
Good organization, strategic planning and execution ability;
Ability to set goals and prioritize with commitment;
Effective under pressure, results oriented and proactive with the ability to multitask;
Good interpersonal communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
Ability to build, manage and motivate teams and individuals to achieve set goals and objectives;
Ability to lead and participate in teams but also to work independently;
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic (essential), French a plus;
Excellent computer skills: MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
