• Supervise the Compliance Officer
• Lead the vetting process along with the compliance officer
• Serve as focal point of compliance local communications with donor
• Assist with development of new local policies and review them to comply with MC rules and procedures.
• Stay abreast of changes in applicable donor policies and ensure changes are implemented as required.
• Serve as a main Palestine RPS on Demand focal point
• Assist with compliance review of procurement and financial transactions in Jerusalem office as per AAM.
• Responsible for reviewing monthly VAT reports for Mercy Corps and the sub-grantee reports and ensure timely submission to the donor.
