St Francis Hospital is looking for a full time locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon to cover the next 612 months.
Procedures Required:
Requirement description : Board Certified Required
BLS and ACLS Required
CT license Highly preferred will give preference to providers with CT license
Local provider (mileage reimbursement only)Required please note address at time of presentation
Conversion rate cap25krequired
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : BLS and ACLS
Weekend Requirements : nights/weekend rotation
On Call Requirements : nights/weekend rotation
- Dates of Coverage: 612 months approx
- Reason for Coverage: LOA and departure
- Practice Setting: Hospital Basedall inptOR//ICU/Rounding of patients in ER and floors
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): MF 6:45AM5PM
- Call Schedule: nights and weekends TBD aprox 78 calls per month
- Call Ratio: 3 providers taking call
- Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2 cases per day
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level One
- Annual ER Volume: 85000 per year
- Number of Operating Rooms: 3
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Description of Ancillary Staff: Full complement
- Adult and Geriatric
- Certification Requirement: BLS and ACLS

Descending Aortic Aneurysms CABG OffPump CABG Arterial Revascularization Using Internal Mammary Arteries Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery Redo Coronary Revascularization Tube Thoracostomy Pericardial Window Thoracic aortic aneurysms Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery CoreValve System Mitral Valve Repair
