LLM Practical Researcher and Prompt Engineer

• Building and maintaining a process for tracking the performance of different prompts and model configurations analyzing results to guide future improvements.
  
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in LLM technologies tools and best practices incorporating these insights into our strategies.
  
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with large language models including prompt engineering and practical research.
  
• Background in acadmic research in related fields.
  
• Familiarity with the LLM ecosystem including tools and best practices for developing testing and deploying LLM applications.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design experiments and analyze data to draw actionable insights.
  
• Excellent communication skills capable of documenting processes and findings clearly and sharing knowledge across the team.
  
• Experience in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript. Ability to put the research into practice and familiarity with development environments and
