NEXT Generation Technology Inc is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Service. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. As a Live Chat Service your primary objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions in a prompt and professional manner.

Tasks

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through live chat channels
  • Assist customers with product information account inquiries and technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the companys products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a live chat environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with the companys products and services
