As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of highquality healthcare services. Your primary duties will include assessing patients conditions administering medications coordinating treatment plans monitoring vital signs and educating patients and their families on selfcare techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of residentcentred care services on a shift byshift basis and in accordance with program goals and processes
• Become part of a resident / familycentred environment
• Liaises with residents families and health authority

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma and practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. No restrictions license required
• Experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferred
• First Aid certificate required
