License Clearance Officer

We are looking to hire a License Clearance Officer for one of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify the necessary licenses permits and approvals required for the private diagnostic center to operate in Sri Lanka
• Develop and maintain relationships with government officials regulatory bodies and industry associations to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
• Prepare and submit license applications ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Follow up with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of license applications.
• Advise management on changes in regulatory requirements and assist with ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of license applications and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration healthcare administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Sri Lanka and the requirements for obtaining licenses and permits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil would be an asset.
