Electrician

We are looking to hire an Electrician for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work.
• Valid electricians license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Proven 5 years or more experience as an electrician preferably in residential commercial or industrial settings.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems wiring methods and safety practices.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints schematics and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install electrical wiring fixtures and equipment according to blueprints specifications and local building codes. This includes but is not limited to outlets switches circuit breakers lighting fixtures and electrical panels.
• Maintenance and Repair: Inspect electrical systems components and equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and resolve them promptly to restore functionality.
• Testing and Inspection: Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Perform routine maintenance checks to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies and address them proactively.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents injuries and electrical hazards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment following best practices for electrical safety and risk mitigation.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients contractors and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer inquiries provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction with services rendered.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls such as power outages electrical failures or equipment breakdowns. Troubleshoot issues under pressure and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on advancements in electrical technology codes and regulations through ongoing training and professional development activities. Expand your knowledge and skills to enhance job performance and contribute to the growth of the organization.
