Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Longbridge
Salary: £22000 negotiable based on experience
On Target Earnings: £30000
Experience required: 1 year's experience in lettings

Currently leading the market and on the brink of several new branches about to be opening further showing the opportunities for progression; my client is on the lookout for a driven hungry and determined Lettings Neg who is looking for an opportunity to become the best they can be.


Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments

• Liaising directly with tenants and landlords

• Negotiations

• Arranging lettings appraisal appointments

• Working to and achieving set targets

• General Lettings Administration

Skills Required:

• Experience working as a Lettings Negotiator for an Estate Agent

• KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets

• Personable friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

• Articulate confident and intelligent

• Smart wellpresented and professional in appearance and manner

• Excellent communication skills

• Energetic enthusiastic driven and hungry

• Full clean UK driving license
