Open Position: Legal Manager
A reputable company is seeking experienced Legal Manager to join them in their Penang office.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on a wide range of legal subjects including corporate matters sales and purchase contracts and customer contracts.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external legal teams.
Take the lead in ensuring legal and contractual compliance specifically in areas such as banking facilities and warranties.
Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of commercial agreements including those with suppliers and customers as well as contract tender and project documents.
Provide comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions activities.
Key requirements include:
Bachelor Degree of Law (LLB) and established expertise as a Legal Counsel.
Strong knowledge of corporate commercial Intellectual property and data protection laws.
Knowledge of Singapore Exchange is an advantage.
