1. Proven experience as a Lead React Developer or similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in React.js Next.js JavaScript and TypeScript.
3. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
4. Solid understanding of frontend architecture design patterns and best practices.
5. Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
6. Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
