  • Primary Responsibilities :
  • Conduct data mining to identify right target audience and utilizing email marketing tools to expand the network and reach potential clients to generate leads.
  • Responsible for generating relevant content posts engagement activities or case studies related to SMEs industries as a marketing part on LinkedIn email campaign & website to increase network and engage.
  • Develop targeted lead generation strategies based ideal customer profile and market research.
  • Responsible for optimizing LinkedIn profiles of the stakeholders to increase social media networks and lead engagement.
  • Transferring all the leads to relevant stakeholders in the sales team to take them towards conversion. Craft compelling testimonial scripts tailored to client needs showcasing the unique value propositions and success stories of our services.

  • Secondary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for meticulously analyzing reports and crafting comprehensive action plans to steer the team towards strategic goals and optimize performance.
  • Maintain communication with team regarding leads updates followups or any other actions on online leads.
  • Manage Lead Connect operations ensuring prompt response to leads and conducting thorough reviews of reports to drive timely and informed decisionmaking.


Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
