Lead Financial Business Advisor

Main Duties:

• The strategic analysis of financial data
• Financial and business modelling
• Provide consultancy to companies on corporate and financial transactions (including financial due diligence mergers and acquisitions)
• Provide advice to businesses on financing capital expansion and capital efficiency (including financial restructuring valuations capital market transactions)
• Train and provide technical guidance and feedback to team members on policies methodologies systems & procedures
• Ensure quality of own deliverables and those of the team by conducting regular assignment reviews with clients and monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
• Bespoke business and financial advisory engagements in various industry sectors

What Skills do you need

• Ideally hold an MQF Level 7 qualification or above in Accountancy Banking and Finance Insurance Economics or Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operational decisionmaking roles or consulting or leadership of business functions
• Have extensive previous experience in the strategic analysis of financial data and financial and business modelling
• You possess or are working towards attaining the CFA designation

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
