Lead Data Analyst

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities, and align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals
• Design and execute data analysis projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover insights, trends, and correlations in the data
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, and provide guidance to the team and other departments as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with at least 6 years of experience
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization, with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
• Advanced SQL knowledge/experience - complex queries and query optimization
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically
• Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative
