A Spanish Electronic Money Institution Unnax is a rapidly growing fintech company holding passports to operate in all European countries and expanding into LATAM.
After successfully opening the Mexican market we are currently in search of a talented and passionate individual to join us as our LATAM Channel Manager to support our expansion in the region. This role will focus on developing our partner network in Mexico while supporting our expansion into new LATAM countries.
Job Description:
As a LATAM Channel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key partners to drive indirect revenue growth and enhance market presence in LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success by leveraging your expertise in channel management relationships building and financial services.This person will report directly to our CEO for LATAM.
Your missions:
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Define a pricing model for partners to optimize their satisfaction and performance.
- Identify and recruit new partners evaluate their capabilities and potential and negotiate and establish partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners providing guidance product training and support to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and product development to develop joint gotomarket strategies and implement channel programs.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as partner performance revenue growth and market share and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust partner strategies accordingly.
- Position yourself as an Open Finance subject matter expert in events with partners or other types of joint initiatives such as podcasts blog posts & webinars.
Profile and skills required:
- Over 5 years of experience in partner/channel management in the software industry in Mexico and ideally other LATAM countries.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel programs.
- Strong knowledge of fintech products services and market trends complemented by an understanding of APIbased products.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Resultdriven and comfortable with ambitious targets
- Native/Bilingual Spanish speaker and Fluent in English written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
